Lighting a modern corporate space requires responding to two fundamental needs: ensuring absolute visual comfort for those who spend several hours in front of screens and conveying the brand's identity and professionalism. Being the headquarters of a carpentry of excellence, LEUK's challenge was to design a solution that not only modernized the open-space areas but also enhanced the noble wooden finishes present in the meeting rooms, ensuring lighting without harsh shadows or glare.
To respond to the uniqueness of each office zone, the LEUK team relied on the versatility and geometric purity of linear lighting: Work Zones (Open Space): On the smooth ceiling of the main office, continuous linear LED profiles were applied, crossing and drawing asymmetrical shapes. This arrangement not only gives the space an incredible and contemporary visual dynamism but also ensures a homogeneous light distribution over all desks, optimizing the employees' visual comfort. Wooden Meeting Room: For the space entirely covered in wooden slats, LEUK created a "luminous tunnel" effect. The linear profiles were embedded with millimeter precision between the ceiling slats, extending harmoniously along the walls. This solution merges light with architecture, highlighting the texture and nobility of the wood in an immersive and scenographic way. Glazed Meeting Rooms: In a cleaner and more minimalist environment, the choice was to apply two parallel light lines, perfectly aligned over the meeting table. A sober approach that eliminates unwanted reflections on the glass and offers focused and professional luminosity.
The result is an avant-garde corporate environment that reflects the prestige of Carpintaria Moreira e Filhos. The lighting acts as an architectural element that organizes the space, promotes the team's focus and well-being, and impresses clients visiting the facilities.
