Quality Policy<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

LEUK has focused its activities on growth and on expanding its range of products and services, developing new capabilities and establishing strategic alliances with partners who share its vision and understanding of the needs of the market as a whole, as well as the specific requirements of each customer.
With a clear focus on raising quality standards and ensuring the complete satisfaction of its customers across its areas of activity, LEUK undertakes to implement a Quality Policy based on the following principles:<\/p>

1. To be regarded by employees, customers, suppliers and all business partners as a trustworthy, credible, competent and competitive company, committed to establishing and maintaining relationships based on mutual commitment;<\/p>

2. To achieve the shared objectives of developing organisational maturity, thereby increasing the company\u2019s agility in bringing products and\/or services to the global market;<\/p>

3. To maintain a firm commitment to the future, sustainable growth and competitive advantages, supported by innovation in products, services, technologies and facilities, as well as by agility and speed of response, based on a business model centred on close customer relationships and the continuous improvement of processes;<\/p>

4. To keep employees motivated in order to foster their involvement in the company, providing them with a suitable and healthy working environment and making available the technical resources and infrastructure required to achieve the objectives and targets established by the organisation;<\/p>

5. To comply with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the sector and with the NP ISO 9001 standard, while continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through the periodic review of its objectives, policy and processes.<\/p>

LEUK\u2019s Quality Policy, founded on these principles, will contribute to achieving its objective of creating new, highly energy-efficient lighting products and developing solutions that meet customer requirements, while balancing aesthetics, functionality and energy efficiency and contributing to increased competitiveness, efficiency and leadership among its customers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
