LEUK targets its operations toward sustained growth and the enhancement of its product and service offerings, developing new skills and establishing strategic alliances with partners who share its vision and understanding of market needs and the specific requirements of each client.<\/p>

With a clear focus on increasing quality standards and customer satisfaction, LEUK commits to complying with and promoting this Quality Policy, based on the following principles:<\/p>

To be, for employees, customers, suppliers, and business partners, a credible, competent, and competitive company, based on relationships of trust, transparency, and commitment.<\/p>

2. Organizational agility:<\/strong>
To promote the development of organizational maturity, ensuring internal efficiency and speed in providing products and\/or services, with the responsiveness required for both national and international markets.<\/p>

3. Innovation and customer proximity:<\/strong>
To consistently invest in innovation (products, services, and technologies) and in a customer proximity model, ensuring a swift response oriented toward value creation.<\/p>

4. Human capital development:<\/strong>
To keep employees motivated by ensuring adequate and healthy working conditions, as well as providing the technical means and infrastructure necessary to meet the organization's objectives.<\/p>

5. Compliance and continuous improvement:<\/strong>
To comply with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the sector and the adopted frameworks, including the NP EN ISO 9001 standard, promoting the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System's effectiveness.<\/p>

LEUK's Quality Policy, supported by these principles, guides the development of high-energy-efficiency lighting products and solutions, as well as tailor-made solutions, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.<\/p>
