About the role
The Export Manager will be responsible for leading and developing LEUK's international sales strategy, expanding our presence in European and global markets. The focus will be on identifying and attracting new clients and partners — namely architects, construction companies, and large corporations — for our customized LED lighting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic export plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities for LEUK products.
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with international clients and partners, including architects, construction companies, and large corporations.
- Present LEUK's customized LED lighting solutions, including linear and circular lighting, downlights, track systems, and decorative and technical lighting.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
- Participate in international trade fairs and industry events to promote the LEUK brand.
- Analyze market trends and competition to adapt sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure solutions align with international market needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in export or international sales roles, preferably in the lighting, construction, or design sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
